A senior technician answers live — including after hours — and troubleshoots your symptoms in plain language. Many issues get resolved right there for free.
2. Phone diagnosis first
If we can save you a service call, we will. If a visit is needed, we quote the trip charge and typical repair range up front — no surprises.
3. Same-day or next-day visit
Most repairs are completed in a single visit with parts already on the truck. The service call fee is credited toward the approved repair.
4. Workmanship guarantee
Every repair is backed by our workmanship guarantee plus the manufacturer's parts warranty.

Our high-end division is separate from our general appliance team. These 11 technicians train continuously on Sub-Zero built-ins, Wolf pro ranges, Miele G-series and W1/T1 laundry, Thermador Freedom columns and Gaggenau ovens — and only work on luxury equipment.

Can you service my Sub-Zero built-in same day?+
Often yes. Call us and a senior tech will troubleshoot by phone first — if a visit is needed we book same-day or next-day across Brooklyn and Manhattan.
Do you use OEM parts on Wolf and Miele?+
Yes — OEM only. Factory-authorized service is our default; we don't substitute aftermarket parts on luxury equipment.
Do you service in-place, or does the appliance have to come out?+
Nearly always in-place — including built-in Sub-Zero columns, Thermador Freedom columns and panel-ready Miele. Removing a built-in should be a last resort.
Is the diagnostic fee waived if I book?+
The service call fee is credited in full to any approved repair.
